Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Transport Services Section is seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the delivery of maintenance and repair services across the City's infrastructure, including roads, drainage, parks, footpaths, and public amenities. The role ensures works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and organisational standards. Responsibilities include supervising crews and contractors, managing resources, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement through training and performance feedback.

About you

The role requires a Certificate IV in Civil Construction or equivalent experience, a current MR licence and a White Card. Strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to interpret plans and manage documentation are essential.

What's on offer?

  • Competitive Salary (from $66,450.68) depending on your capabilities and experience + 12% superannuation
  • Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
